What the partner desk collects from applicants and partners, who processes it, and the choices you have.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the partner desk at partners.logistics.olyron.com — the application forms for moving, health, and solar, the partner portal, and billing. Consumer quote sites (including 8topmovers.com and the HealthMatch / Omni hosts) have their own privacy policies covering the people who request quotes there.

What we collect

Applications: company name, territory, contact name, email, phone, and license or USDOT details where you provide them.
Accounts: sign-in email, portal activity, and the settings you configure (routing territory, export targets).
Billing:wallet transactions and — if you save a card for auto-recharge — a payment-method reference. Card numbers are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout and never touch our servers.
Leads routed to youappear in your inbox and CRM; they are consumer data under the consumer site’s policy, and your own obligations to those consumers are yours.

Who processes it

Supabase — application hosting and database
Stripe — payments, saved cards, and auto-recharge
Resend — transactional email (application and account notices)
Vercel — web hosting and request logs

For counsel review — Confirm a data-processing agreement is in place with each provider and that this list is reviewed when integrations change.

How we use it

To review applications, run your account, route and bill leads, and send the transactional email the service requires. We do not sell partner data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
